BE: Bachelor of Engineering
BE stands for Bachelor of Engineering. It is a four year undergraduate degree program in engineering. It is awarded in many countries like India, Canada, South Africa, Russia, Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and more. This degree is equivalent to B.tech degree and awarded by many IIT’s, NIT’s, states and central universities and many other private institutes in many branches of engineering.
Criteria
The student who want to take admission in BE must have completed 12th from a recognized board with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with certain specified percentage varies from university to university.
